💼 The Role: Community & Operations Coordinator

This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping to run our operations behind the scenes, while also playing a key part in how we engage with our community online.

You’ll work closely with the founders and have the opportunity to grow your role alongside the business.

Location: Office based in Finnieston, Glasgow. Open to flexible working. 

🧩 What you’ll be doing:

Community Engagement

  • Chatting with customers across Instagram, TikTok, email and more
  • Responding to DMs and comments with warmth and clarity
  • Coordinating influencer collaborations and community campaigns
  • Helping shape and deliver content around product launches and key sales periods

Operations & Logistics 

  • Managing customer orders and coordinating with our fulfilment partners
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with reordering
  • Supporting wholesale orders and partner relationships

Internal Support

  • Keeping us on track with project management tools (using Asana)
  • Pulling together simple reports and updates on growth and ops
  • Supporting general admin and rhythm-of-business tasks

👀 What We’re Looking For

  • A natural communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Organised and proactive—able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
  • Familiar with (or excited to learn) tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva and Asana
  • Interested in sustainability, design, and the power of small brands
  • Happy working independently, but also thrives in a collaborative team

Bonus Points For:

  • Social media or community management experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Customer support know-how (e.g. Zendesk)
  • Logistics or fulfilment knowledge
  • A creative eye for content, photos, or reels
